What we collect

• Account data (name, email, role) for anyone registering on the platform, stored on TU Berlin OpenStack infrastructure.
• Server access logs (IP address, user-agent, request path) retained for no more than 14 days for operations and abuse mitigation.
• Content you create on the site (notes, discussion posts, forum threads, messages, attachments) stored under your account.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie (commit_refresh) to keep you signed in, marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
